Services

ACG offers full and extensive pulmonary programs that are custom built to suit your facility’s needs. Our flexibility in building our pulmonary programs sets us apart from our competitors.

Oxygen Cylinders and Concentrators

We offer all forms of oxygen including concentrators, cylinders and liquid oxygen. We fill our tanks on site at 2 locations, and our delivery service will always ensure that customers are fully supplied.

CPAPs AND BIPAPs

We provide Respironics System One and DreamStation units. All units are provided with heated humidification for improved resident comfort.

Trilogy Ventilators And AVAPS

AVAPS (Average Volume Assured Pressure Support) is a modality that is becoming more and more common in the post hospital setting. In short, it’s a BiPAP machine that has a backup rate as well as a target tidal volume. This can be delivered with DreamStation/System One platform, or the Trilogy ventilator

AIRVO

The Fisher & Paykel Airvo2 device is a humidifier with integrated flow generator capable or providing up to 60 LPM via specialty nasal cannula, or direct connect tracheostomy interface.

VEST THERAPY

A non-invasive method of airway clearance that vibrates the chest to help loosen and mobilize secretions. More effective than chest physical therapy and less labor intensive.

COUGH ASSIST

A non-invasive air delivery device that uses a combination of positive and negative pressure to imitate an effective cough. Especially useful for residents with neuromuscular disorders who cannot generate an effective cough to clear secretion.

Our Team

Ben Cohen Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Before founding ACG in 2014, Ben was the General Manager of a major durable medical equipment company in Connecticut. He has also spent time as a division sales manager for a $250 million dollar company. Prior to that, he was a successful outside sales representative for a regional leader in DME. It is with his extensive sales background that he saw a need for skilled nursing homes to become more efficient in their annual spend and decided to start ACG. He has since successfully helped these facilities slash their oxygen and respiratory bills by approximately 35-50%. Ben has focused on the growth of the company through furthering industry relationships as well as acquisitions.

Chuck Brancato BS, RRT. Clinical Manager

As Clinical Manager, Chuck oversees all clinical operations which includes company policies and procedures, overseeing all respiratory therapists as well as all facility in-servicing. Chuck came to ACG with over 40 years of respiratory experience. A practicing Registered Respiratory therapist since 1981, Chuck has worked in large and mid-sized hospitals in New York City as well as well as the Lower Hudson Valley Region of New York State. He was the Director of Respiratory Services at two voluntary hospitals as well as one of only two for-profit hospitals in New York City, as well as the Director at a long term care facility with an in-house ventilator unit and a long term care facility that specialized in the care of severely compromised, medically fragile children. Chuck also has over ten years experience working in respiratory home care.

Barry Hollander Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations at ACG, Barry oversees all day to day operations and logistics, which includes managing and routing drivers, overseeing inventory management as well as on-boarding new customers. Barry's appreciation for technical details has made him an invaluable asset to the ultra smooth operation at ACG. Prior to his time with the company, Barry was the logistical coordinator for a successful Amazon reseller company.
